Placing Your Order
- Click on View Cart immediately, or click on My Cart in the top menu bar of the website.
- Click on Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your Name and Billing/Shipping Address details.
- For a streamlined shopping experience we recommend you tick Create an Account.
- Finally tick “I’ve Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions” and click on Continue to Payment.
You will automatically be redirected to PayPal where you can make payment either from your PayPal account or by a Credit or Debit card of your choosing. Once you confirm your order you will be redirected back to the Healthy Girl website. You will receive an email confirmation from us.
Sometimes a signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery.
If a signature is not required at delivery you may be able to give instructions detailing if and where you would like your parcel to be left if no one is present at the time of delivery, for example with a neighbour.
We sometimes use a third party delivery company that may, at their discretion, leave a parcel in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put a card through your letterbox explaining where your parcel has been left.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your products reach you in the condition they leave our facility, however, should you receive damaged products, please inform us immediately (within 24hrs of delivery) and follow our standard returns policy.
We do our very best to recycle cardboard boxes and loose fill packing from our suppliers so please bear this in mind when you receive your parcel.
*Working Day – a ‘working day’ refers to Monday to Friday inclusive with the exception of UK national Bank Holidays.
We very much hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return any product bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange it, provided it is in a fully resalable condition, for up to 14 days. Please email email@example.com and we will confirm our returns process.
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a product in a less than satisfactory condition, please email a photo and clear description of the issue within 24 hours of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you our returns process and will happily exchange your product for the same product purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights.
